 Elite Skill Development for Club-Experienced Athletes
A year-round training series designed for serious players looking to refine their technique, increase consistency, and elevate their volleyball IQ.


Each session is $100/month and runs weekly on Friday evenings. Club experience is required

Fundamental Fridays

First Contact: Serving & Serve Receive

 The foundation of every play starts here. This session zeroes in on the techniques and strategies that dictate control from the first touch.


  • Master float and jump serves with improved power and placement
     
  • Develop consistency under pressure
     
  • Train serve receive footwork, platform control, and reading the server
     
  • Build confidence passing in-system balls to create offensive options

Offense: Setting & Hitting

 

From decision-making to execution, this session is designed to sharpen offensive skills through technical training and tactical awareness.


  • Setters will focus on footwork, tempo, location consistency, and offensive strategy
     
  • Hitters will develop a full attacking toolbox: line, sharp angle, off-speed shots, and tool swings
     
  • Emphasis on communication between setter and hitter, adjusting to different situations, and reading blockers
     
  • Create smart, aggressive scoring opportunities

Defense - Build Your Toolbox

 

Great defenders don’t just react—they anticipate. This session teaches athletes to read cues and move with purpose to defend any ball.


  • Learn to read hitters’ body language, arm swing, and approach
     
  • Train on digging hard-driven balls, tips, and off-speed shots
     
  • Build proper footwork, platform angles, and emergency moves
     
  • Improve defensive mindset, reaction time, and confidence on the floor
