Full body fitness classes offered 3/week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 PM with personal trainer Joey Villasenor. Classes range in difficulty depending on your personal ability. Trainer Joey V specializes in customizing plans that work for you!

As a highly decorated high school athlete, my dream was to compete as a collegiate athlete. I enjoyed a very successful career as a high school athlete, competing in multiple sports and winning multiple championships. I was truly gifted as a track athlete/runner, my specialty being the 800-meter race. Through hard work and passion, I was able to make it to the California State Finals. Through my passion to compete and get better as an athlete, I found my passion in helping others reach their fitness goals.

Connar coaches boys and girls volleyball at the high school level and in club volleyball! She has seen the need for personal training within the sport and is taking action to help athletes gain strength, flexibility, speed, agility, and increase their vertical!
Ryan coaches boys and girls volleyball at the high school level and in club volleyball. He is passionate about helping athletes develop their strengths and finding areas of improvement to build upon.
