Elite Sports aims to provide a space for community involvement, activity, joy, and fitness. By working with local athletic clubs like Yuba Elite Volleyball Club, we provide a sports and fitness facility that will attract competition, personal growth, well-being, and youth activity.
Our programs include youth and adult recreational volleyball, summer camps, volleyball clinics, competitive volleyball for both boys and girls with Yuba Elite Volleyball Club, private lessons, personal training, specialty training and family fitness programs.

Highly competitive club volleyball. Traveling between Sacramento, Bay Area, Reno, and Las Vegas.

A volleyball program for all! Starting at 4th grade - adult. No experience necessary.

Exciting, engaging, educational summer camps! This is a crash course in falling in love with volleyball! Learn the skills, but also the body movements, court IQ, nutrition to fuel the body, and more!
Grass league is the perfect place to continue growing your volleyball game this summer! Train on Thursdays and sign up for tournaments to showcase your skills! Pick a partner or email Amy!
Children ages 4-7 bring a parent or other responsible adult to practice. Elite Coaches provide structure and instruction to both the adult and child so the learning never has to stop! You'll receive a ball that you take home and simple drills to bond together over the sport of volleyball.
Our two NASM certified personal trainers offer general and sport specific training options. Can be individual or small groups.
Classes available for 5-10 year olds to build gross motor skills (jumping, throwing, catching, kicking), balance, hand-eye coordination, speed & agility, flexibility, teamwork, respect, collaboration and more.
Together with Carrie Benkowski, RN health and wellness coach, we are able to offer health and nutrition classes and customized services.
Sundays are for FUN!!! Join us at our clinics where each week we cover a new skill or build upon the previous week. Sessions can be purchased as a group, or individually.
Special camp during Christmas break. Keep your kids engaged and active while away from school. Camp will contain fun fitness activities, volleyball skills, crafts, and more!
