The Itsy-Bitsy SPIKERS program was created by Amy Lopez and aims to help share her passion for teaching young athletes. Amy began coaching when her first-born was just a baby. Her first-born and her next two children were raised in the gym. Now, both of her daughters that were raised in the gym are some of Elite's original coaches! We have a strong family model here at Elite Sports, and our goal with this program is not only to introduce volleyball to younger children, but to do so in a way that can be continued at home with family members. 

Amy has strategically planned this program to facilitate the bond between family members through sport. The Itsy-Bitsy SPIKER and their accompanying adult will receive a ball that they are to keep but bring each week to practice - supporting the continued learning model from home.
