Weekly Volleyball Academy!! Year-Round Program

Yuba Elite Academy is our year-round training program designed to develop strong fundamentals, sound technique, and a lifelong love for the game of volleyball. Whether your athlete is just getting started or preparing for school and club competition, Academy provides structured, high-quality training focused on skill development and confidence building.Our goal is simple: teach athletes how to play the game the right way.Through progressive instruction, athletes learn proper mechanics, improve ball control, develop volleyball IQ, and build the technical foundation needed to succeed at higher levels of play. Academy is the perfect preparation program for school teams, club volleyball, and future competitive opportunities.

Program Levels

10U Academy (Ages 7-10)

Mondays and/or Wednesdays | 4:00-5:00 PM

Our youngest athletes are introduced to volleyball in a fun, encouraging environment. Players learn basic movement patterns, hand-eye coordination, ball control, serving fundamentals, teamwork, and game concepts through age-appropriate instruction and activities.

Beginner Academy (Ages 11+)

Mondays and/or Wednesdays | 5:00-6:00 PM

Designed for athletes who are new to volleyball or still developing foundational skills. Athletes will focus on:

• Learning to serve overhand consistently
• Developing ball control and passing fundamentals
• Building proper setting mechanics
• Learning the basics of attacking and hitting
• Understanding game rules and court movement
• Developing confidence through repetition and skill mastery

This group is ideal for athletes preparing for their first school or club volleyball experience.

Advanced Academy (Ages 11+)

Mondays and/or Wednesdays | 6:00-7:00 PM

Designed for athletes who already have a foundation of volleyball skills and can consistently serve overhand. Athletes will focus on:

• Improving consistency in all skills
• Developing three-contact team play
• Advanced serving and attacking techniques
• Reading the game and improving volleyball IQ
• Position-specific skills
• Building confidence for school and club competition

This group is designed to help athletes bridge the gap between fundamental skill development and competitive volleyball.

Training Options:

One-Day Academy Choose either:

• Monday Training or
• Wednesday Training

Two-Day Academy

Train both Mondays and Wednesdays and receive a $20 monthly savings compared to enrolling in two separate one-day sessions. More touches. More repetitions. Faster improvement.
